OMR DESIGNER
Design the OMR sheet as per your requirement and distribute it among students
Go to the OMR Templates in the test module and click on 'Create OMR Template' and choose 'OMR DESIGNER'
Enter the Name of your template and add your logo. You can adjust the positioning of the logo as per your choice.
You can also add any text you want to add by clicking on Add Text.
Click on 'Roll Number', choose the roll number length you want, and click on 'ADD'. The roll number block can be placed as per requirement in the OMR.
You can use the 'Draw Rectangle' to include additional elements that you want in the OMR and add text to the block as shown below.
Click on questions and fill in the following fields as per your requirement-
Question Type: Choose the type of question your test will have. i.e., MCQ or Numeric.
Option Type: Choose the option format for your OMR i.e., 1234 or ABCD
Multiple Correct: Choose whether your questions have multiple correct answers
Starting Question: Select the number your questions will start from.
Total Questions: Enter the total number of questions
Columns: Enter the number of columns you want to add to the OMR
Once the required fields are filled, click on 'ADD', You can place the block as per preference.
To add Options for Numeric Questions, select the Question Type as Numeric and fill in the following fields-
Option Type: Choose the option format for your OMR i.e., 1234 or ABCD
Multiple Correct: Choose whether your questions have multiple correct answers
Starting Question: Select the number your questions will start from.
Total Questions: Enter the total number of questions
Columns: Enter the number of columns you want to add to the OMR
Digits: Enter the number of Digits your answers will have
Decimal Digits: Enter the decimal digits your answers will have
Add Sign: Choose whether your numeric answers will have Sign.
Once the fields are filled, click on 'Add'. You can place the block as per preference.
Once your Template design is complete, click on 'Save Template Design'. You will receive a copy of the OMR.
