Setting New OMR Template

Log in to the app by filling Username and Password.

After login the OMR Scanner should show the dashboard but modifying templates will have to click the button of Modify Templates which is on the right-side bottom column.

when clicking on modify templates appear "Template Setting".

Then Click on the Browse button for selecting the OMR sheet after selecting click on the Load button After loading the OMR sheet, it may appear out of scale as we have not cropped it yet.t hen Give Template Name and select Crop Type.

Crop type can be one of the following –

• Border – If your OMR sheet has a noticeable border around it (like in our selected image) then you can choose this type

• Point – If your OMR sheet has 4 or 6 points around the corners of the page, you can select Point as crop type

• Strips – If your OMR has stripped rectangles on both sides of the page, you can choose strip as crop type

Click on the Crop button which is below the crop type. As we can see in the above image the OMR sheet is cropped with the help of borders.

For setting the Roll number, we have to select Roll No. Config and select the roll number section which is shown in the image in the red box. If your Roll Number Last Digit is 0 then you have to type 0 in the box if the roll number ends with 9 you have to type 9 in the box accordingly. You have to also mention the Roll Number Length as per your requirement. After the completion of the step, we can see that the roll number section is selected correctly.

Select Option Config for option sections of the OMR sheet. As we can see the red box selected is the section of the questions. We have to select the Question type and questions we have to type question numbers that will be there in the section e.g.,1-5.

Click on Add button so that the question numbers will be added, after adding it we have to click on the Test button, as we can see after clicking the test button questions have been selected in the blue box as roll numbers.

By adding all sections of the OMR sheet, you are done with the modification of the template.

By clicking the Save Template button you can save the template. In the above image, we can see the template saved successfully.
