Enquiry Management

Manage the enquiries your institute receives

On the enquiry management page, you can see all the enquiries your institute has received.

You will find following fields in the enquiry menu :

  • Edit Data - This can be used to update the data of particular enquiry such as Customer Status, Next Follow up date, Closing Date ,etc. You can also choose who gets assigned the enquiry.

  • Add Activity - You can log the activities regarding the particular enquiry such as calls, meeting, follow up, message or incoming calls. You can also select the next follow up date.

  • Activity List - Check all the activities recorded for the enquiry.

  • Send Notification - You can send notifications to your enquiries.

  • Delete Data - Delete all the data for the particular enquiry.

You can use the 'NOTIFY' button at the top to send notifications to all the enquiries simultaneously. Various filters are provided to filter the enquiries according to preferences.

'Import From Excel' can be used to import multiple enquiries using the Excel template provided.
