Setup your CRM
Setup your institute CRM using EDOFOX Enquiry Management feature
To set up your CRM, go to 'Enquiry' option in the left menu and click on 'setup CRM form' to add setup your enquiry form.

After opening the CRM form, you will need to fill following fields:
Name Identifier - Enter what will be the title of your name field e.g Full name, Student name etc
Email Identifier - Enter label of your email field, if you want Email field in the form
Contact Identifier - Enter Label of your Contact number field, if you want Contact field in the form
Status of the form submitted - What is status of form called. e.g It can be Enquiry status/ Form status/ Stage etc
Next Actionable Date - If you need to maintain any actionable date, e.g. Next Follow up, Enquiry date etc
Closing/Conclusion Date - Enter title of your closing date if required

You can choose whether you want these fields to be Mandatory and Public. Public fields will be visible to people filling out the enquiry.
You can also choose to add custom fields. Once you've added all the required fields, click on save.

Once you have saved the form, you can share the link by clicking on 'Share Link' and copying it.
